Sudbury Food Pantry –    If you believe you need assistance getting quality food for your family, the Sudbury Food Pantry is here for you. There are no residency requirements. Clients fill out a confidential registration form on their first visit and non-Sudbury residents can then make use of the pantry once each month.

SMOC Fuel Assistance –  Eligible households in 37 communities receive assistance paid directly to their heating vendor. The program is designed to help low-income people afford the cost of heat in the winter months. Eligibility is based on gross annual income and familiy size.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) – SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities.

Caregiving Metrowest  – Your one stop source for all your caregiving needs.

Bay Path –  provides  an array of services and programs to older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities to support their independence and dignity.

Executive Office of Elder Affairs Massachusetts – Promoting independence, empowerment, and well-being of older people, individuals with disabilities, and their families. We ensure access to the resources you need to live healthy in every community in the Commonwealth.

LINC Is a new Intergenerational  after school club that is looking for volunteers, 55 and older, to meet 1.5  hour per week for 6 weeks with a small group of students from the elementary schools in Sudbury. For more information call Judy Battat, Intergenerational Coordinator at 978-443-3055
