Sudbury Food Pantry – If you believe you need assistance getting quality food for your family, the Sudbury Food Pantry is here for you. There are no residency requirements. Clients fill out a confidential registration form on their first visit and non-Sudbury residents can then make use of the pantry once each month.
SMOC Fuel Assistance – Eligible households in 37 communities receive assistance paid directly to their heating vendor. The program is designed to help low-income people afford the cost of heat in the winter months. Eligibility is based on gross annual income and familiy size.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) – SNAP offers nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals and families and provides economic benefits to communities.

Bay Path – provides an array of services and programs to older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities to support their independence and dignity.

Final Report on Property Transitions. The Council on Aging, in its continuing efforts to make Sudbury an attractive place for Senior Citizens, conducts occasional surveys. This is the report issued in April 2008 from the results of the survey completed in 2007.
